SHIPPING WITH VOLTFUSE

All orders made through our online shop are shipped with either Canada Post or Purolator. Customers have the choice to choose between several different shipping methods that offer quicker delivery times and a variation of rates.

For customers located near our office, the shipping options ‘Local Pickup’ and ‘Local Delivery’ will be available. If you select ‘Local Pickup’, we will contact you following your purchase to inform you where you can pickup your order.

Once your order is received, the package is then prepared. Your order leaves our warehouse within 24 hours of purchase (Unless on a Friday, in which case it is shipped on the following Monday). If the shipping method you selected includes a tracking number, that will be e-mailed to you shortly after the package has been shipped.

Exchanges and Returns

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! If you purchased an item on the VOLTFUSE online store and would like to return it or exchange it, please follow the directions below to confirm if you meet the requirements:

•  Orders are only eligible for returns and exchange if they are done so within 15 days of your purchase.
•  Returns and exchanges must be unworn, clean, undamaged, and have the original tags and packaging on the product.
•  Refunds can only be issued to the original card it was placed on.
•  We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

Shipping Responsibilities:

•  Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to VOLTFUSE on their expense.
•  If returned items meet our exchange requirements, VOLTFUSE will ship out exchanges free of charge.

If your return or exchange falls within our policy listed above, please do as follows:

1.  Email [email protected] with the following information:
•  Customer name that the order was placed under
•  Order Number (This number is found on your confirmation email sent to you immediately after your purchase.)
•  Style, size, color of product you are trying to refund or exchange
•  Please list which color and size you would like to exchange your product for. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
•  If you are requesting a refund, briefly describe why.

2.  A customer service representative will contact you regarding your refund or exchange request within 1-3 business days. You will be issued an RA (return authorization) number in an email. In this email, you will find shipping instructions on where and how to ship your return or exchange to.

3.  Your product will be inspected at our warehouse. Once the inspection is complete and the exchange meets our requirements, we will ship out your exchange (or refund your card if applicable). You will get a confirmation email once your card has been refunded or once your exchange product has shipped.
